Are you interested in pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy? If so, it's important to find a company that values career growth and provides opportunities for advancement.

At Perspectives Corporation, we understand the importance of having a team of experienced and certified Behavior Analysts to help children with special needs reach their full potential. But we also know that it takes passionate and dedicated entry-level professionals to create individualized treatment plans and work closely with families.

Shannon's Inspiring Career Journey at Perspectives

Meet Shannon Ciccone, the Clinical Director of the ABA program at Perspectives Corporation. Shannon's journey at Perspectives began 19 years ago when she joined the Youth and Family Services Program as an entry-level Behavior Specialist on the ABA team in 2004. She quickly advanced to the position of Lead Therapist, and then promoted to bachelor's level Treatment Coordinator within two years.

During her time as a Treatment Coordinator, Shannon took advantage of the tuition reimbursement benefits and the flexible work schedule at Perspectives to pursue a master's degree in education through UMASS Boston. With the completion of her master's degree, she became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and was quickly promoted to the position of Clinical Supervisor. In 2020, she became the Clinical Director of the ABA program at Perspectives Corporation.

"I'm extremely proud of our team of talented individuals...."

"I'm extremely proud of the exceptional treatment that our team of talented individuals delivers to families across the state of Rhode Island," Shannon said.

"I look forward to many more years at Perspectives Corporation not only improving upon my skill set as a director and clinician but also the skill set and service delivery of the entire ABA team."

Our Commitment to Professional Development and Career Advancement

Shannon Ciccone's story is just one example of how our company is committed to promoting from within and providing opportunities for growth. So if you're considering a career in ABA therapy and looking for a company that values career growth and professional development, look no further than Perspectives Corporation! We believe in investing in our team members' education and career goals, offering tuition reimbursement benefits, flexible work schedules, and ongoing training and supervision to help you reach your full potential.
