Perspectives has been providing community-based residential services for adults with disabilities since 1977. Our dedicated and highly-trained staff work in partnership with the individuals we support to ensure that their homes provide the safe, supportive environment they need to achieve their goals and experience life to the fullest.

We offer Independent Living programs, Shared Living Arrangements, and traditional residential programs, including homes customized for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (DHOH) individuals with full American Sign Language (ASL) immersion. Our 24-Hour Residential Services provide around-the-clock support, with our talented staff ensuring individuals’ comfort, safety, and freedom to live their lives the way they want to.
With so many different ways for individuals to make their lives their own, our programs provide the space for them to get the most out of their homes based on their needs, interests, and abilities, and open the door for as much independence and autonomy in their everyday lives as possible.
Our programs are flexible, and since we review Individual Service Plans (ISPs) regularly, there’s always room to adjust or change one’s services based on their changing needs and circumstances. At Perspectives, we understand that life is not static, and we are committed to providing creative and flexible services that adapt to individuals’ unique lifestyles.
