Perspectives Deaf and Hard of Hearing Home-Based Therapeutic Services are designed for children aged 3-21 with recognized hearing loss who may have complex health care needs or who are at risk for chronic physical, developmental or behavioral conditions.
Home-based services are designed to provide support to Deaf and Hard of Hearing children ages 3-21 or for families who have Deaf or Hard of Hearing parent(s). All language modalities used by the family are honored. Children receiving services have additional complex health care needs or a behavioral health diagnosis.
We believe that every child should be fully included in the world around them no matter how they communicate.
To support a child's development, we create individualized programs that are family-centered, recognizing that the family is a critical part of the implementation team. We bring together an interdisciplinary team that supports and works with families to find positive ways to help their child thrive.
