COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

OVERVIEW
The Compliance Coordinator provides support with various administrative responsibilities and tasks. This role assists with agency compliance for specific contracts, credentialing, and audits.
The Compliance Coordinator works closely with the Nursing, Behavioral Health, and Maintenance departments to provide administrative support for department-specific tasks. This position also supports the Director of Compliance with projects, prep work, events and other administrative duties as assigned. This position demonstrates knowledge of the agency’s mission, philosophy and core values.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and face-to-face)
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines for projects and licensing preparation
- Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Works with autonomy, demonstrates flexibility and effectively manages time to ensure efficient and effective levels of productivity
- Actively participates in tasks and duties above and beyond job description (special events, etc.) within the agency or assigned by the Director of Compliance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrates proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
- Knowledge of Agency use of platforms: Wellsky, Sandata, MaintainX
- Knowledge of BHDDH licensing regulations and standards
- Knowledgeable of all Federal and State rules, regulations and laws, as well as Agency policies and procedures
