APPLICATION

All Employees

MUST have a High School Diploma or GED
MUST have access to an insured, personal vehicle for reliable transportation
MUST have a valid, current driver’s license
MUST NOT have more than 2 moving violations within a 3-year period
MUST have a favorable Criminal Background Check
MUST have a favorable OIG Clearance
MUST either currently be enrolled or enroll in Direct Deposit program

PASS Workers

MUST attend a program specific orientation prior to starting shifts
MUST be CPR Certified with in-person practiced compressions or obtain CPR certification with Perspectives
MUST have a favorable DCYF Clearance
MUST have favorable fingerprint results
MUST have access to a computer or mobile device to perform position duties
MUST either be currently enrolled or enroll in Direct Deposit program
