APPLICATION

All Employees

MUST have a High School Diploma or GED
MUST have access to an insured, personal vehicle for reliable transportation
MUST have a valid, current driver’s license
MUST NOT have more than 2 moving violations within a 3-year period
MUST have a favorable Criminal Background Check
MUST have a favorable OIG Clearance
MUST either currently be enrolled or enroll in Direct Deposit program

Direct Support Professionals

MUST be willing to learn Basic Sign Language
MUST meet the physical requirements of being able to push, pull, lift a minimum of 75 lbs
MUST be able to attend a 5-day new employee orientation during daytime hours
MUST ALSO meet the requirements for All Employees
