Director of Compliance

Salary Range: $35.00-$40.00 based on experience
Perspectives Corporation is now hiring a Director of Compliance to join our Administration department.
OVERVIEW
The Director of Compliance is responsible for the oversight of agency licensing and preparation to ensure that the agency operates within the State Licensing and Certification Standards. Assists with agency compliance for specific contracts, credentialing, and audits. Works with the Administration department to ensure that all services, programs, and office facilities meet the standards of the agency and licensing requirements. Assists with facilitation and coordination of strategic planning workgroups. Provides administrative support to the CEO for various projects, prep work, events, etc. Demonstrates knowledge of the agency’s mission, philosophy and core values.
Broad Areas of Responsibility:
The Director of Compliance is responsible to provide support to the CEO and Administration department with various administrative responsibilities and tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in administration, management personnel and social services
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and face-to-face)
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines for projects and licensing preparation
- Works with autonomy, demonstrates flexibility and effectively manages time
- Ability to adapt schedule for emergent training and development needs
- Willing to participate in special events or other tasks assigned by the CEO
- Supervisory skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
- Knowledge of Therap and its system
- Familiarity with credentialing and recredentialing processes
- Understanding of relevant Federal and State regulations and agency policies
