All Employees

MUST have a High School Diploma or GED
MUST have access to an insured, personal vehicle for reliable transportation
MUST have a valid, current driver’s license
MUST NOT have more than 2 moving violations within a 3-year period
MUST have a favorable Criminal Background Check
MUST have a favorable OIG Clearance
MUST either currently be enrolled or enroll in Direct Deposit program

Behavior Technicians

MUST have favorable DCYF clearance
MUST have favorable fingerprint results
MUST be 19 years of age or older
MUST have a Higher Education degree and/or must be enrolled in 6 or more credits
MUST ALSO meet the requirements for All Employees and Direct Support Professional
