Perspectives Corporation is now hiring an Project Assistant to work in our Administration department.
OVERVIEW
Responsibilities:
The Project Assistant is responsible for providing coverage to the Office Manager during lunch breaks and time away from office. Responsible for greeting visitors and connecting them with the appropriate party, as well as answering the phone in a timely manner and directing calls to the correct offices, receiving and sorting mail and deliveries. Additional responsibilities include: Provides support to the Project Department; assists with the completion of projects for all Departments, as assigned by the Project Director. Duties may include scanning, renaming and organizing electronic files, and data entry of information into database system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimal Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Professional phone manners
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to resolve office questions appropriately, professionally and in a timely manner
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must have availability to cover closing of offices at 5pm
Desired Qualifications
- Previous office experience helpful
- Experience with answering a multi-line phone system
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- Associates Degree or Office Management Certification
- Notary Public
