For Job Seekers
Perspectives Employment Services provide a variety of professional services to help youth and adults with developmental, intellectual and other disabilities prepare for, obtain and maintain meaningful employment in the community.
CONTACT USWork Preparation
Perspectives Employment Services prepares participants for employment through a curriculum of topics including proper work attire, how to present oneself to an employer, what questions to ask at a job interview, and other helpful advice to ensure work readiness.

Perspectives Employment Services provides participants with the instruction and guidance needed to compose an effective professional resumé of skills and experience for job applications.
Community-Based Work Assessment
Participants are provided opportunities to experience a variety of job types and work settings to assist in identifying their unique skills, abilities and interests, and to evaluate their compatibility with either part-time or full-time employment.
Adaptive Accommodation Requests
Perspectives Employment Services assesses the individual needs of each program participant to determine whether they may require any high tech or low tech devices that will assist in their continued success on the job.
On-the-Job Training
During the initial employment period, a job coach personally assists each new employee to help them become comfortable and familiar with their workplace environment, and addresses other needs and concerns that the new employee may have.
Transportation Planning
Perspectives' hands-on transportation planning program educates participants on how to use public transportation routes and connectors. A member of our team will travel with the program participant initially to build confidence in using transportation independently.
