Director of Quality Assurance

As the Director of Quality Assurance, you will plan, initiate, and manage licensing and regulation requirements across Adult Services and Youth & Family Services; monitor progress to assure licensing deadlines and standards are met; and be responsible to work collaboratively with leadership and clinical team to review incidents and make recommendations to provide quality services.

The Director of Quality Assurance will also be responsible for:

  • Participating in agency activities, serving on committees, and communicating the agency's values and principles to others
  • Coordinating and monitoring effective activities
  • Providing training and mentoring to new and existing employees
  • Summarizing data on progress

Minimal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - relevant experience for 5 years minimum
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of energy required
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Effective and efficient time management skills to meet timeframes for licensing/certifications/reporting
  • Solid understanding of the interpretation of regulations and standards for both Adult Services and Youth & Family Services
  • Tracks trends and provides reports to leadership
  • Reviews agency incident reports to determine reporting to the State and conducts internal investigations, as needed
  • Provides supervision of Person-Centered Facilitator/s, Community Liaisons and quality of services
  • Strong project management to research prospects, write, submit grant proposals for development opportunities
  • Builds and maintains mutually beneficial partnerships with community organizations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and the ability to work with database systems
  • The ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with others

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Solana and Perspectives consumer records
  • 5 years of direct support experience in community human services
