Requires 2 to 3 years experience working with people with disabilities, including young children with a variety of diagnoses. Applicant must be willing to work within a highly structured home environment with both child and family. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred. Must have a solid understanding of basic behavior principles and positive teaching methods.
