All Employees ...
- MUST have a High School Diploma or GED
- MUST have reliable transportation and access to an insured vehicle
- MUST have a valid drivers license
- MUST NOT have more than 2 moving violations within a 3 year period
- MUST have a favorable Criminal Background Check
- MUST enroll in Direct Deposit program
Direct Support Professionals ...
- MUST be willing to learn Basic Sign Language
- MUST be physically fit to pass Safety Training Skills
- MUST be able to attend a 5-day training during day time or evening hours
- MUST ALSO meet the requirements for a All Employees
Behavior Specialists ...
- MUST have favorable DCYF clearance
- MUST have favorable fingerprint results
- MUST have experience working with children
- MUST be 19 years of age or older
- MUST have a Higher Education degree and/or must be enrolled in 6 or more credits
- MUST ALSO meet the requirements for a All Employees and Direct Support Professional
PASS Workers ...
- MUST attend a 5 hour Orientation Training session
- MUST be CPR Certified or obtain CPR certification
- MUST have a favorable DCYF Clearance
- MUST have a favorable fingerprint results
- MUST have access to a computer to perform position duties required
- MUST enroll in Direct Deposit program
