Perspectives is a multi-faceted, dynamic agency that provides support to people with disabilities. While our main office is located in North Kingstown, we support adults and children throughout the state of Rhode Island. Our approach is cutting edge, interdisciplinary and individualized. We work with the most challenging individuals, and with family members to develop personalized plans, then bring together a broad range of professionals with diverse expertise to provide needed support.

The objective in everything we do is to empower people and help them attain the dignity that comes with being as fully independent as possible. We help those we support be involved in the management of their own lives by teaching them the skills needed to be on their own in the world.

Perspectives has been providing support to people with disabilities since 1977. Our creativity, flexibility and commitment to those we support and their families have made us one of the largest human service agencies in Rhode Island. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of men and women with disabilities become independent and fully enjoy their lives.
